MXTV Player does not require an account: your device is identified by its code and MAC address.
How to request it
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and your device code or MAC. Resellers should write from their registered email.
What is deleted
- Device data, saved playlists and crash reports.
- For resellers: name and email.
What is kept
Payment reference numbers and amounts, for 5 years, as required by tax law.
Timing and effect
We do it within 20 business days and email you when it is done. The license for that device is lost.
