- What it is. MXTV Player is a media player. It does not include channels, playlists or content. You add your own playlists from providers you hire.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for having the right to watch what you add. We do not review or guarantee third-party playlists.
- Trial and license. Every device gets a free trial. After that, it is activated with a 1-year, 3-year or lifetime license tied to that device. "Lifetime" means for as long as MXTV Player operates; it does not cover Google or Android changes that prevent it from working.
- Transfer. The license can be moved to another device through support or your reseller, under the published rules.
- Resellers. They are independent; they are not employees or representatives of MXTV Player. We are not liable for what they promise or charge outside our prices.
- Payments. Through Mercado Pago or PayPal. Prices in US dollars.
- Prohibited. Using the app for illegal purposes, tampering with it, copying it or bypassing the license. Doing so cancels the license without refund.
- Liability. We are not liable for failures of playlist providers, your internet connection or your device.
- Governing law. Laws of Mexico; competent courts of Mexico.
- Changes. The current version is the one published on this page.
